1. Domestic Shipping Only

1765 Apparel Co currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Made to Order — Production Times

Every 1765 garment is printed to order in the USA — we don't warehouse pallets of pre-printed shirts. Please allow 5–7 business days for your piece to be printed and quality-checked before it ships. During launches and high-volume periods (product drops, holidays), production may run slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order ships.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: $6.99 flat rate.
  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $55.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can occur.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you catch an error after ordering, email us immediately at info@1765apparelco.com and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks an order delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows delivered but you can't find it: check with neighbors and household members, look around the property, and contact your local post office or carrier. If you need help opening a claim, email us — we'll help.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged: take clear photos of the product and packaging, then email info@1765apparelco.com within 72 hours with your order number. We will make it right.

8. PO Boxes & Military Addresses

Shipping to a PO Box or an APO/FPO military address? Email us at info@1765apparelco.com before you order and we'll confirm we can get it to you. We were built by a soldier — we'll do everything we can to reach the ones still serving.
